KBW has partnered with an established company looking for an Accounting Manager to succession plan within the organization. They are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

The Responsibilities For The Accounting Manager Include

• Drive the month end close
• Manage, lead and develop the accounting team
• Financial statement preparation
• Financial reporting for management
• Oversee operational accounting
• Prepare monthly banking
• Assist with process and system improvements
• Work with auditors

Requirements For The Accounting Manager Include

• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or business
• More than 5 years accounting experience
• Strong systems skills

Compensation: From $100,000 to $115,000 DOE
