Atlantic Medical Imaging is seeking an Accounting Clerk in the Corporate Office location. This is a great opportunity to join a growing outpatient Radiology practice.
This is a Full time, on-site position based in the AMI Corporate Office in West Atlantic City/Pleasantville, NJ.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Accounting Clerk include, but are not limited to:
- Sorts incoming mail/invoices in preparation for coding and submits to Accounts Payable Manager for review;
- Matches contracted prices and Purchase Orders (PO)to invoices;
- Scans and inputs invoice into accounting system;
- Supports and backs up Accounts Payable Manager with weekly check processing;
- Reconciles Daily Cash (Co-Pay) Deposits;
- Makes weekly bank deposits as needed;
- Records activity for AMI related companies; and
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This full time, 40 hour per week position is based in AMI's Corporate Office location in West Atlantic City/Pleasantville, NJ. The work schedule includes Monday-Friday, with a schedule of 7:30am-4pm or 8am-4:30pm. Schedules are subject to change based on department needs.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Two years of accounting or bookkeeping experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have the ability to perform basic math calculations. A demonstrated ability in bank reconciliation is required. Familiarity with accounting software is strongly preferred; experience with Sage Intacct is a plus. Some college coursework in Accounting is a plus!
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems & workflows; experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word & Excel, is required. Candidates must be highly organized, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is necessary for success in this role.
