Responsibilities

• Process Daily / Weekly Consignment Customer Invoicing.
• Monthly reconciliation of Consignment Customer accounts and inventory.
• Research, resolve, and expedite accounts with past due aging.
• Compile various reports for Management & key team members.
• Support Staff Accountants by performing various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and account reconciliation.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers (both internal and external).

Job Requirements

• Associates' degree in Business or Accounting is a plus.
• Solid understanding of fundamental financial concepts.
• Attention to detail, self‑starter, and organization skills.
• Basic PC skills, intermediate Excel skills.
• Familiarity with ERP Systems is a plus.
