Ferretti Search is proud to partner with a Green-Energy/EV-software company to locate their next Marketing Manager based in Troy, MI. This is a high-visibility, hands-on role to own marketing strategy, brand messaging, and lead generation as the company scales its energy software platform.

Marketing Manager

Location: Troy, MI (Onsite, with flexibility)

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 base salary (hard cap)

What will your day look like?

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, print, events) with measurable KPIs
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships, ensuring creative deliverables align with brand and ROI expectations
  • Oversee the company website, campaign tracking, A/B testing, SEO, and UX optimization
  • Lead lead generation initiatives—define targets, manage funnels, optimize ad spend, and report on ROI
  • Collaborate with internal team members (product, accounts, etc.) to align messaging with market needs
  • Analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activity to recommend improvements

Who are you?

  • Marketing experience: 5+ years executing demand generation or full-funnel marketing campaigns
  • Hands-on & strategic: Ability to both build campaigns and think about long-term brand positioning
  • Technical comfort: Experience with CRM and marketing automation (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics tools
  • Business sense: Capable of linking marketing metrics to business outcomes—sales pipeline, conversion rates, etc.
  • Communication skills: Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder influence abilities
  • Industry familiarity: Exposure to SaaS, energy, or B2B technology is a plus
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
