The Analyst – Transformation Office supports disciplined delivery of transformation initiatives by managing weekly cadence, performance management systems, communications, and finance. This role is based out of the US – Teaneck, NJ site. Key Responsibilities
Prepare materials and trackers for the Transformation Office, Steering Committee, and Executive Committee meetings. Run logistics during meetings (presentations, note‑taking, consolidation, and distribution of action items). Follow up on action trackers to ensure execution across Workstreams. Manage performance management systems and serve as point of contact for tool inquiries and user support. Ensure accuracy of initiative data, timely updates in the Performance Management tool, and monitor pipeline progression through stage gates. Support onboarding and training of new users on processes, business rules, and tool functionality. Develop reports and dashboards to track initiative progress and surface insights for leadership. Draft clear, structured updates and presentations for leadership meetings and transformation participants. Provide ad hoc analysis and problem‑solving support to Workstream Leaders and Initiative Owners and support transformation finance. Assist Transformation Office Finance Director with initiative valuation, impact tracking, and financial reconciliation. Help incorporate transformation progress and results into forecasts and budgets. Key Competencies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external clients. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in finance, engineering, manufacturing, business administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in consulting, program management, finance, or related analytical roles. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Clear and confident communicator, able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights. Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments. Curious, proactive, and motivated to grow through direct exposure to senior leadership in a high‑impact transformation role. Benefits
