Role As an Engineering Leader, you’ll scale systems, ship fast, and build a team that moves with precision and speed. You’ll work closely with founders, product, and design to drive execution, make key architecture decisions, and lead a team of top-tier engineers. You’ll stay hands-on, unblock work, and help shape a high-velocity engineering culture.
Requirements
Experience building and scaling consumer-facing products
Strong technical depth; comfortable diving into code and architecture
Proven leadership at a high-growth startup (0→1 or 1→100)
Sharp product instincts and a bias for speed
Based in San Francisco or open to relocating; thrives in-person
Benefits $250,000–$300,000 base salary + equity. Health, dental, and vision are included.
