Pay Range: $35 - $40 per hour
This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.
Job Summary:
This role involves working on complex post-sales customer concerns , fostering an environment of problem-solving and innovation. The successful candidate will interact directly with customers, provide technical support, and participate in multi-functional technical discussions aimed at improving products and cybersecurity. Critical to the role is the ability to offer quick, thoughtful technical assistance in high-pressure situations to ensure the security of client environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to customers and partners, managing support cases effectively from recording to resolution. Conduct fault isolation and root cause analysis for complex technical issues. Author Technical Support Bulletins and contribute to other technical documentation. Regular participation in technical discussions with multi-functional teams to advocate for product improvements and working environments. Quickly and thoughtfully assist clients in high-pressure situations to secure their environments.
Must-Have Skills:
In-depth knowledge and experience with public cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI). Strong proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems. Experience in IaC and CI/CD delivery using automation tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, Jenkins, GitLab).
Domain Experience Required:
Security domain, particularly cloud security.
