Location: Mason City, Iowa
Schedule: Full-Time Monday Friday, 9-hour days

Practice HighlightsPractice Type: Outpatient-focused (minimal inpatient)
Daily Volume: adult/geriatric patients
Specialty Mix: 50% Hematology / 50% Oncology
Call: 5 6 days/month, 1 holiday/year, phone only , post-call day off
Procedures: VAD/CV catheter management, intrathecal chemo
Team: 4 Hem/Onc MDs, 2 Radiation Oncologists, 4 APPs
Support: Full staff including dietitians, social workers, financial counselors, and more
EMR: Mosaiq
Education: Opportunity to teach CRNA students
Tumor Board: Weekly participation

24 infusion chairs, 20 exam rooms

Base Salary: $454,329 (MGMA 50th percentile)
Commencement Bonus: Up to $150,000
CME: $4,000/year

Candidate RequirementsBE/BC in Hematology & Oncology (ABIM or AOBIM)
(Board Certification required within 3 years if BE)Iowa license or IMLC eligibility
