Concierge Security Officer

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer. As a security officer, you will focus on customer service while ensuring safety in a concierge post.

Location and Schedule

• Site location: Destrehan, LA
• Schedule: Thursday‑Saturday 5 pm–5:30 am (37.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties such as welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Documentation of a high school diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, military, or law‑enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
