Neonatal NP Opening in Phoenix, AZ
Full-Time, Permanent
Location: Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area
Schedule: Combination of 12- and 24-hour shifts (flexible)
Compensation: Competitive salary + sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
Start Date: Flexible
We are seeking board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) to join a growing and collaborative team. Work alongside experienced Neonatologists and fellow NNPs across a network of advanced neonatal care centers. Coverage across multiple sites, including:
Three Level III-IV NICUs affiliated with high-risk delivery services
Six (and growing) Level II Special Care Nurseries
Additional Level IIIa and Level II nurseries across Arizona
Evening shifts in Level III-IV NICUs are worked alongside a Neonatologist
Level II nurseries are covered 24/7 by in-house NNPs, with Neonatologist support for daily rounds and emergencies
Shared responsibility for delivery attendance
No neonatal transport duties required

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing
Board Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Arizona State License (or willingness to obtain)
Active or pending DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)
Minimum 2 years of NNP experience - Highly Preferred
