Perform a variety of secretarial and clerical duties, including dictation and transcription of correspondence, reports, and other documents Receive telephone calls and visitors; tactfully refer them to proper individual if administrator is not available and route non‑routine business to proper staff for consideration Maintain calendar of events, schedules, and appointments Coordinate meeting arrangements such as time, place, attendees, and matters to be discussed Prepare special reports as directed Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Two (2) years of secretarial experience and computer (Microsoft) proficiency required Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required EEO Statement
