Who We’re Looking For
Immediate Flex‑Time opportunity for an experienced design & sales professional to partner as an in‑home custom window treatment Designer and Installer.
Interior blinds, shades, shutters, drapery, and outdoor roller shades.
Backgrounds: bath remodels, home‑investment & remodeling services, independent design & installer owners, and experienced salespersons passionate about selling in the home.
Measured and proven installing skills: extensive experience installing Hunter Douglas blinds, shades, and shutters (ideal), and installing drapery and other soft treatments.
What You Bring to the Table
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Extensive product knowledge (training provided).
Follow an industry‑proven sales process to anticipate customer needs.
Recommend products fitting home design needs.
Willingness to learn and participate in professional training and development opportunities.
Leave a positive, lasting impression.
Education and Experience
Experience using CRM and data systems (e.g., Salesforce) required.
Basic computer skills, scanning, downloading/uploading to a website, email.
Current liability insurance or willing to obtain.
All applicable state and local licenses.
Reliable truck or van to transport window treatments.
Secure location to receive freight.
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking throughout the in‑home and retail spaces.
Lifting up to 15 pounds at times.
Perform all window measurements.
Climb ladders, use scaffolding, load/unload pallets.
Training and onboarding compensation provided for this commissioned position with the company.
