Position Summary

BD (Tissuemed Ltd) invites applications for a

Marketing Manager for Advanced Peripherals and DIVA

to lead growth in our Advanced Peripherals and DIVA Solutions portfolio. The role oversees brand management for products such as AccuCath and PowerGlide in the U.S. region, implementing commercial strategy, executing tactical initiatives, and driving financial outcomes through market analysis, portfolio position, and cross‑functional collaboration. Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual and strategic marketing plans for flawless execution. Collaborate closely with the sales force to expand market share and improve customer engagement. Align financial performance with business expectations and annual initiatives. Forecast monthly product demand in partnership with Supply Chain/Operations. Coordinate marketing plans and campaigns with other U.S. marketers. Work with Global Portfolio and cross‑functional teams (R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs) to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and product strategies. Conduct detailed market assessments and provide strategic recommendations. Support overall business objectives and drive continuous improvement. Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to team success. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. 5+ years in product or marketing management within MedTech or healthcare; vascular access experience preferred. Proven success launching and managing medical devices in the U.S. market. Strong understanding of clinical workflows and provider needs. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills. Willingness to travel up to 20% to achieve strategic goals. Benefits

Competitive compensation ranging from $99,600.00 to $164,300.00 USD annually.
