Private Client Account Executive
Aon is looking for a Private Client Account Executive to manage the day-to-day account management and broking of complex personal insurance programs for affluent clients and families. This virtual position ideally resides on the East Coast.
Responsibilities
Manage an assigned book of high-net-worth personal insurance clients with diverse portfolio sizes and complexity.
Build, expand, and solidify relationships with existing and prospective clients, leading appropriate resources to address risk needs and grow a profitable book of business.
Brokers and maintains required insurance policies and risk management solutions on behalf of clients.
Conduct annual reviews for clients ahead of key renewal dates.
Coordinate all client-related billing matters and maintain aged receivables reports.
Work with Client Services team and assigned coordinator to process changes and client requests in a timely manner.
Maintain awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim-related matters and assist in negotiating equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients.
Engage internal and external resources as required to empower results for clients.
Achieve assigned annual revenue growth and retention metrics, supporting growth through rounding of accounts and new business production.
Respond to phone calls within 24 hours and respond to email by end of day to meet service standards.
Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients, referral sources, and colleagues.
Fully utilize internal client management system to maintain policies, client correspondence, coordinate billing activities, and manage client-related tasks.
Achieve transparency, disclosure, and compliance goals, fostering innovative solutions to drive success for clients.
Skills And Experience
Property and Casualty Broker’s License required.
Appropriate insurance designations such as CPCU, CIC, CPRM, CPRIA, AFIS, or ARM completed or in process is preferred.
3-5 years of high-net-worth personal insurance experience required.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
