Position Description: We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Red Hat OpenShift, GitOps, and Kubernetes-based deployments to join our engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on automated CI/CD pipelines, secure deployments, and containerized microservices in a fast-paced, agile environment.
As part of our DevOps/Platform team, you’ll collaborate closely with developers, QA, and security teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about automation, scalability, and best practices in modern cloud-native infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain
CI/CD pipelines
for modern microservices applications
Manage application deployments using
Red Hat OpenShift
and
Helm Charts
Leverage
GitOps tools
such as
ArgoCD
or
Flux
to manage infrastructure and deployments as code
Collaborate with development and QA teams to implement
automated, scalable, and secure deployment processes
Support and troubleshoot production infrastructure and deployments
Champion best practices for
secure, reliable, and high-availability systems
Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and planning sessions
Provide mentorship and guidance on DevOps methodologies and containerization
Work in an
Agile/Scrum
environment with regular sprints and deployments
Maintain and extend
Ansible automation
for configuration and deployment
Monitor system health and performance, responding to incidents and supporting on-call rotations as needed
Required Skills/Education:
4–5+ years of hands-on experience
with
Red Hat OpenShift , including application deployment and platform upgrades
4–5+ years of experience
using
GitOps tools
such as
ArgoCD
or
Flux
Proficient in building and maintaining
Helm charts
Solid understanding of
Kubernetes
and
container technologies
Experience with
CI/CD tools
like GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar
Proficiency in
automation tools
such as
Ansible
Experience building and deploying
container images
(e.g., Docker)
Strong understanding of
networking, security , and
infrastructure-as-code principles
Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science ,
Engineering , or a related technical field
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work across complex systems
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum
teams
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Certifications in
Kubernetes ,
OpenShift , or
Cloud platforms
Experience in
cloud platforms
like AWS, GCP, or Azure
Familiarity with
SRE (Site Reliability Engineering)
practices
Prior experience working in
regulated or financial environments
