As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escape in environments such as a security operations center, call center, parking gatehouse, etc.

Site Location: Fedelsburg, MD 21236

Set schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM / 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (ON‑CALL FLEX)

MUST BE AVAILABLE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS

Competitive hourly wage of $20.00 / HOUR

Uniform provided at no cost

Responsibilities

Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity

Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports

Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats

Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises

Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors

Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions

Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies

Qualifications

Authorized to work in the U.S.

High School Diploma or GED (and 2 years minimum security experience)

Valid driver’s license and CPR certified

Valid security license

Strong report writing and visual observation skills

Experience in security, military, law enforcement is a plus

21 years of age or older

Employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background check and drug screening to be conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
