Senior Auditor – Full‑Time
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Auditor to join our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in auditing, keen attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining the financial integrity of a business.
Responsibilities
Conduct detailed audits of our financial operations on a regular basis, identifying any irregularities or discrepancies.
Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting any areas of concern and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory laws and financial regulations.
Collaborate with other members of the finance team to improve financial efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Provide guidance and support to junior auditors, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
Keep up‑to‑date with the latest auditing techniques and financial regulations.
Participate in strategic planning and decision‑making processes to ensure financial integrity and sustainability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification (such as CPA or CIA) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in auditing, preferably within the Finance industry.
Extensive knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, auditing standards, and financial regulations.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex financial issues.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and support junior auditors.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex financial information to non‑financial individuals.
Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office Suite.
High levels of integrity, with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of financial compliance and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
