We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our innovative and dynamic team. As an HRBP, you will be an essential strategic partner, collaborating with business leaders to align HR initiatives with the company’s vision, values, and goals. You’ll play a key role in fostering a supportive and engaged workplace where employees feel valued, heard, and equipped to succeed.
What You'll Do:
Cultivate a Positive Work Environment: Foster open communication, build strong relationships, and establish a culture where employees feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed.
Onboard with Impact: Lead engaging new hire orientations, helping employees understand the company culture, their role, and the team they’ll be joining.
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to implement HR policies that align with the company’s growth strategies and goals.
Drive Workforce Solutions: Partner with business leaders to address workforce challenges and performance issues, aligning HR practices with organizational priorities.
Champion a Culture of Excellence: Work with the HR team to accelerate a culture of engagement, ensuring that employees are inspired to deliver top business results.
Data-Driven Insights: Provide timely, actionable insights based on HR data, offering fresh perspectives on team dynamics, engagement, and employee satisfaction.
Analyze and Influence with HR Metrics: Track key HR metrics, identify trends, and use employee survey feedback to guide decision-making and enhance retention.
Investigate and Resolve Issues: Conduct thorough, fair investigations into employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Support Talent Development: Assist with talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee development to ensure a robust and high-performing workforce.
HR Guidance: Provide expert advice to employees on HR-related matters including benefits, leave of absence, and performance management.
Other Duties as Assigned: Contribute to additional HR projects and initiatives as needed.
What Sets You Apart:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience as an HRBP or Senior HR Generalist, with a proven ability to drive HR initiatives and support business growth.
HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements, combined with the ability to apply that knowledge in practical, actionable ways.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build trust and effectively mediate conflicts.
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to assess challenges, recommend solutions, and navigate complex situations with confidence.
Adaptability: Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, able to pivot and adjust priorities as needed.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in HRIS systems (such as ADP), the Microsoft Office suite, and database management.
Certifications: PHR certification is preferred but not required.
