Americas Global Channel Partner Sales Skilling Lead
will design and implement the Americas CSP/Channel skilling strategy in alignment with the Global Skilling strategy, and work with assigned Partners to build custom skilling plans that enable development of technical expertise, deployment readiness, and sales/pre-sales proficiency to deliver Microsoft Cloud Solutions at scale. You are a dynamic and collaborative individual, comfortable working within matrixed organizations to define and achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. You communicate business plans, targets, and progress clearly, and collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to drive results. You cultivate relationships with Microsoft partner leadership, stakeholders, and peers with executive presence. Key Objectives
Driving business transformation through technical and sales skilling anchored on the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program. Adapting global skilling initiatives for regional execution to enhance CSP and Channel partner capability. Measuring skilling outcomes to ensure tangible business impact and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Inform global plans with regional insights, own regional skilling targets, and represent the region in global forums, surfacing risks and opportunities. Communicate global plans to regional stakeholders; execute localized skilling motions. Understand partner business, plans, and objectives and develop end-to-end skilling plans to deliver tangible impact against jointly agreed targets for assigned partner accounts. Leverage technical and industry expertise to become a thought leader and trusted advisor to partners. Drive cross-functional collaboration with multiple stakeholders to bring appropriate technical and sales skilling to market at scale. Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or related field. OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (2 years out), Management Consulting, Sales, or Finance. Experience designing and executing regional skilling plans aligned with global objectives while addressing the unique needs of Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) and Channel partners in the Americas. Additional or Preferred Qualifications Must be agile and collaborative, comfortable across multiple functional teams, and adept at identifying synergies to drive integrated initiatives aligned with Skilling. Operational rigor, precision and independence, with ability to provide transparency into workstreams, track progress toward goals, identify risks, and meet deadlines. Experience proposing, creating, and managing executive-level proposals and presentations. Ability to interact confidently with leaders in a highly-matrixed organization to present/defend/clarify concerns, including handling questions and pushback with an executive demeanor. Sales Strategy Enablement IC5 compensation details: the typical base pay range in the U.S. is USD 130,900 – 251,900 per year, with different ranges for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City area (USD 165,600 – 272,300).
