Position Summary Seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high‑level administrative and personal support to senior leadership. This role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling confidential information, and preparing professional correspondence and reports.
Key Responsibilities
Manage executive schedules, meetings, travel, and correspondence.
Prepare and edit confidential reports, memos, and presentations.
Handle incoming communications and screen visitors or calls.
Maintain organized filing and record systems.
Attend meetings and prepare minutes or summaries.
Coordinate projects and support administrative operations as needed.
Qualifications
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 4 years supporting C‑suite or senior executives.
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strong professionalism, flexibility, and initiative.
Additional Details
Hybrid work flexibility (some remote days).
Reliable internet required for virtual meetings.
