Key Responsibilities

Provide high‑level support to the VP/GM, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Manage scheduling, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Support accounting‑related tasks, including invoicing and expenses.

Run occasional errands and handle ad hoc tasks as needed.

Assist in office organization, supplies management, and vendor coordination.

Assist in the preparation, editing, and formatting of client proposals, decks, and internal reports.

Track deadlines and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of key projects.

Use and learn programs such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.

Provide basic tech and admin support to internal teams as needed.

Potential to assist with light company social media management, content scheduling, and community engagement (as directed).

Support internal and external communication initiatives.

Plan and coordinate company events, holidays, team‑building activities, birthdays, and seasonal celebrations.

Provide on‑site support during events to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

No experience as an executive assistant or high level is needed. Media experience or admin experience preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to pivot between projects easily.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Willingness to learn new tools and systems quickly.

Positive, can‑do attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Compensation Salary range: $42,000 – $70,000 annually.
