Key Responsibilities
Microsoft 365 & Security Set up and configure Microsoft 365 tenant following best practices Manage Microsoft 365 cloud security, including policies, conditional access rules, profiles, and role-based access Implement Zero Trust Security Principles Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including advanced identity management, MFA options, and RBAC Integrate and manage Microsoft Graph API for resource access control Configure and maintain Intune device management, Autopilot, and app protection policies Leverage Power Automate for workflow automation Utilize PowerShell for automation and administration Configure Microsoft 365 Defender for endpoint security, device auditing, and logging Customer Support & Service Provide advanced troubleshooting (remote and onsite) Clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Communicate ticket status updates, changes, and resolutions to clients Deliver a positive, client-focused experience at all times Internal Operations Document all work in the internal ticketing system Resolve escalated helpdesk tickets and maintain accurate client documentation Ensure tickets are actively managed and properly categorized Split multi-issue tickets into individual cases Team Collaboration Mentor junior service team members Follow internal security procedures and maintain vigilance for risks Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to process innovation Support additional initiatives as required by leadership Required Qualifications
Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID architecture & role-based access Intune device management (Windows/MacOS) Conditional Access & Zero Trust security principles Proven experience implementing security policies and access controls Advanced knowledge of group policies and security best practices Strong PowerShell scripting and automation skills Familiarity with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Windows Active Directory, and Google Workspace 3+ years as an advanced systems administrator in the Microsoft 365 space Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills Desired Skills & Attributes
Passion for solving problems and learning new technologies Strong communication and listening skills Advanced diagnostic skills for end-user hardware, software, and network devices Adaptability to a fast-paced IT environment Relevant certifications or equivalent experience Compensation & Benefits
