Line Cooks
to prepare high‑quality dishes with consistency, speed, and creativity across multiple service formats.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items for à la carte dinner service, cocktail and lounge small plates, and banquet events.
Follow recipes and presentation standards directed by the Executive Chef.
Setup and stock stations, maintain cleanliness, and comply with sanitation guidelines.
Assist with inventory rotation, labeling, and storage to minimize waste.
Adapt to special menus, themed events, and banquet service requirements.
Support culinary team in menu tastings, new dish rollouts, and seasonal offerings.
Qualifications
Prior experience as a line cook in a restaurant, hotel, or banquet setting preferred.
Solid knowledge of kitchen equipment, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
Culinary school training or certification is a plus but not required.
Must be able to lift 30 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in a hot, fast‑moving kitchen environment.
Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
