Staff Business Systems Analyst – Seller Experience

As a Staff Business Systems Analyst on Salesforce GTM at Procore, you’ll lead the design, build, and optimize of Salesforce.com solutions to empower our Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing teams. You’ll translate business requirements into end‑to‑end technical solutions, manage system configuration and integration, and drive continuous platform improvements. What you’ll do:

Lead stakeholder conversations to translate business requirements into technical solutions and build trust as a delivery partner. Own end‑to‑end system analysis and design for large, complex projects, creating detailed designs for workflows, automations, integrations, and user interfaces. Administer Procore’s Salesforce setup and configuration, including complex automations, object configuration, and integrations. Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce processes to understand the impact of configuration, workflow, and permission changes, driving actionable insights from configuration and performance assessments. Research, integrate, and manage third‑party applications and packages, overseeing system integration to ensure components work together effectively. Keep up to date on Salesforce industry best practices and trends to drive ongoing improvements to Procore’s Salesforce.com platform. What we’re looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across the organization. 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise‑level processes with an emphasis on Salesforce. In‑depth knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration and administration on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Effective written and verbal communication skills with proven collaboration experience across functional areas. Passionate about Salesforce.com; regularly following Salesforce trends and best practices. Salesforce.com Administrator and Platform Developer 1 certifications; experience with LeanData, Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management, data management tools (Cloudingo), and GTM integrations. Advanced Administrator certifications, and working knowledge of SOQL, Developer Workbench, and Copado are a plus. Base Pay Range

$127,680 – $175,560. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation, Equity Compensation, and a competitive, fair, and commensurate pay structure based on job‑related skills, experience, education, training, and location. Perks & Benefits
