Growth Marketing Manager: Paid Search & Social
Location: St. Louis, MO OR Remote
We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Growth Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing across Google Search, Bing, Meta, and other paid channels. You’ll own campaign execution from strategy to creative testing and performance optimization, with a laser focus on growing HelloTech’s direct‑to‑consumer business.
What will you do?
Own strategy, setup, and ongoing management of Google Ads and Meta campaigns for D2C acquisition
Manage six‑figure monthly budgets across platforms, optimizing for CAC, ROAS, and LTV
Partner with creative and content teams to build and test high‑performing ad copy and assets across static, video, and UGC‑style formats
Structure and run ongoing A/B experiments, including messaging, audience segmentation, offers, and landing page variations
Monitor performance and share weekly insights, growth levers, and recommendations with stakeholders
Implement and validate conversion tracking and attribution across GA, GTM, Meta Events Manager, etc.
Stay ahead of performance marketing trends, creative best practices, and platform changes
Collaborate with Product, CX, and Operations to ensure campaigns align with lifecycle and fulfillment realities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid media for a D2C brand, with a strong command of Google Search and Meta Ads
Demonstrated success owning and optimizing $100K+ monthly budgets, with direct impact on CAC and revenue
Experience running creative and copy testing programs, including development of test roadmaps and reporting frameworks
Analytical mindset with fluency in marketing metrics and tools (CAC, ROAS, AOV, CVR, LTV, Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets)
Proven ability to collaborate with creative and brand teams to produce performance‑driven ad assets
Working knowledge of attribution platforms (e.g., Rockerbox, AppsFlyer) and event tracking setup
Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and project ownership
Comfort working independently and cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment
Nice to Haves
Experience marketing a home services, marketplace, or subscription‑based product
Background in B2B or B2B2C acquisition
Familiarity with additional channels like YouTube, TikTok, or Pinterest
