Responsibilities
Assisting with recruiting/screening candidates as needed.
Analyze and process invoices.
Initiate new vendor set up for accounting department.
Continuously evaluate TA processes and suggest ideas for improvements.
Partner with colleagues or take the initiative to oversee various projects independently.
Administer new hire surveys and analyze results as needed.
Compile weekly requisition reports and distribute as needed.
Adhere to sensitive timelines, deadlines, and confidential materials.
Multitask in a demanding environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Participate in TA staff meetings and attends other meetings/seminars.
Other duties and projects as assigned to support business objectives.
Create Power Point presentations.
Manage department PCard.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or relevant field.
3+ years’ experience in a fast‑paced professional work environment, serving in an administrative capacity.
Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes and best practices preferred.
Prior experience as a TA Coordinator or HR Admin.
Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred).
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel required.
Ability to manage data with confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail, solid communication skills and excellent problem‑solving skills.
Comfortable and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to balance multiple objectives, projects, and goals simultaneously.
Ability to work with remote team members and hiring managers.
Experience Level Intermediate Level
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
