Moments Lab, a fast‑growing SaaS company, is looking for a
Senior Demand Generation Manager / Lead
to own pipeline creation and expansion with a strong focus on the US market. The role reports directly to Laura, VP Marketing and requires a hands‑on design, launch, and optimization of campaigns across inbound, paid, ABM, product‑led growth (PLG), and events while ensuring close alignment with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Key responsibilities
Own pipeline growth in the US, supporting global initiatives. Build and execute integrated, multi‑channel campaigns (digital, paid, nurture, ABM, PLG, events, content‑driven). Orchestrate ABM programs targeting enterprise accounts and scalable demand gen for mid‑market segments ($30–50k ACV). Manage and optimize SEO/SEM, paid search & social, retargeting, and nurture flows. Own event activation strategy (pre, during, post) and coordinate logistics and operations. Partner with US Sales on ICP/ABM plays, lead quality, and handoff; coordinate with Customer Success on expansion. Execute and optimize HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, dashboards, attribution models, and reporting. Manage and brief web agencies, consultants, and freelancers for campaign delivery. Collaborate with Content & PR teams to co‑design narratives and maximize asset utilization. Own campaign and pipeline reporting in HubSpot; monitor CAC, CPL, pipeline velocity, PLG activation, expansion revenue, and ROI. Manage channel and campaign budgets with a focus on efficiency and ROI. Requirements
7–10 years of demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS. Proven hands‑on experience building pipeline in the US market across enterprise and mid‑market. Track record of designing and executing full‑funnel campaigns that directly contributed to revenue. Expertise in paid digital, SEO, nurture/email automation, ABM, and PLG tactics. Solid marketing ops skills (HubSpot or equivalent): workflows, dashboards, attribution, reporting. Comfortable managing external freelancers/consultants (ops, web, agencies) to scale impact. Strong partnership with content teams to fuel campaigns with narratives and assets. Confidence owning reporting, KPIs, and budgets. Strong project management skills, juggling multiple priorities and stakeholders. A “player‑coach” mindset: hands‑on executor, able to mentor juniors and coordinate agencies. Autonomous, curious, and commercially minded: moves seamlessly from strategy to execution. Experience in a scale‑up or VC‑backed environment is a strong plus. Recruitment Process
