Job Title: Theme Park Stage Manager
Company : RWS Global is a full‑service, worldwide production company that delivers custom‑designed and pre‑packaged events and live shows for corporations, theme parks, cruise ships, resorts, and the fashion industry.
Location LEGOLAND® FL (must be local to Central Florida)
Dates Rehearsals: November 25, 26, 29, 30 & December 1, 3, 4, 5
Performances: December 6, 13, 20, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31
Salary $210/day
Employment Type Seasonal
Core Responsibilities
Provide daily support to all Cast/Crew
Lead and supervise staffing and issue mitigation daily
Perform duties described in the Company Manager Handbook
Liaison between RWS Leadership and Cast/Crew
Organize and synthesize technical and artistic information from RWS and Client
Suggest optimal use of available resources and procure additional support as needed
Communicate needs to troubleshoot technical and operational logistics to General Manager(s) if applicable
Assist RWS Leadership and Producer with administrative duties for logistics and programming
Maintain a professional relationship with Client Management and ensure all interactions abide by RWS standards
Support Raise Your Experience initiatives throughout the season
Oversee and manage talent to perform all production elements safely
Abide by all timelines presented by RWS Producer and Project Manager
Prepare and submit Daily Operational Reports to the RWS Entertainment Manager and Producer
Demonstrate awareness of RWS and venue safety procedures including Emergency Action Plans, Injury & Illness Prevention Plans, Accident Reporting, and additional protocols
Address onsite concerns ahead of Daily Operations and perform emergency troubleshooting as needed
Track and securely store all performance collateral
Complete all duties to the satisfaction of the Company
Follow the Company chain of command and all infectious disease control and safety protocols
Adhere to RWS Handbook guidelines, including dress codes and codes of conduct
Ensure talent signs the daily sign‑in sheet and passes it to the Entertainment Manager by the end of Sunday
Ensure talent follows approved Show Direction per RWS and Client and perform necessary follow‑ups
Ensure talent completes a warm‑up
Perform other duties as needed
