Immediate Opportunity – EHS Manager (Scottsdale, AZ)

SAVI EHS is hiring an

experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) professional

for a 5 –7 month, full-time assignment

representing the

General Contractor

on a high-profile commercial construction project in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity to lead safety efforts on a fast-paced, high-visibility project and make a measurable impact on the well-being of the workforce.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Start Date:

Immediate - Through March 2026.

Compensation:

$45.00 - $50.00/ Hourly

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the GC’s on-site EHS representative, ensuring compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and project-specific safety requirements.

Conduct daily safety inspections, hazard analyses, and site safety walks.

Facilitate site-specific safety orientations, toolbox talks, and targeted training.

Collaborate with subcontractors and site leadership to resolve safety concerns and proactively mitigate risks.

Lead thorough incident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Maintain complete and accurate EHS documentation, reporting to project and corporate leadership.

Qualifications

Required:

OSHA 30 (Construction) and a minimum of 5 years of EHS experience in commercial construction.

Preferred:

BCSP certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or STSC; OSHA 510/500; NFPA 70E.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proven track record of building a proactive safety culture on construction projects.
