Beauty Industry Group is currently seeking a Copywriter to support our Keystone brands. This Copywriter is a strategic storyteller who brings words to life with clarity, emotion, and purpose—whether crafting a product description, writing a punchy TikTok caption, or developing copy for a multi‑channel campaign. This individual combines creativity with precision, delivering content that connects with audiences and drives results. Highly agile and detail‑oriented, the ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, marketing, and creating content that performs. They excel in fast‑paced environments and are skilled at adapting brand voice across multiple platforms and audiences.
In this role, the Copywriter will lead copy development for three beauty brands—Luxy Hair, Donna Bella, and Babe Hair—ensuring each brand voice is distinct, consistent, and engaging across all consumer touchpoints.
Hybrid:
Onsite 3x per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Base Salary:
$80,000-86,000 based on years of experience and level of education
Bonus:
Eligible for a 5% annual bonus
Key Responsibilities
Lead copywriting efforts across three beauty brands: Luxy Hair, Donna Bella, and Babe Hair, ensuring each maintains a distinct and consistent voice.
Write compelling, conversion‑driven content across all digital touchpoints, including website, email, social media, SMS, ads, and blog articles.
Craft benefit‑focused product descriptions, educational content, and promotional messaging that clearly communicates value and inspires action.
Translate complex or technical product information into clear, accessible, and engaging language.
Adapt voice and tone for different brands and audiences while maintaining consistency in messaging and style.
Collaborate closely with creative, brand, and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, support campaign development, and contribute to content planning.
Tailor messaging to specific customer segments, ensuring relevance and resonance.
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging formats, and best practices in beauty and content marketing.
Ensure all copies are error‑free, on‑brand, and delivered on deadline.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or a related field
Must have experience as a copywriter in the beauty industry i.e. haircare, cosmetics, skincare etc.
A strong writing portfolio showcasing both short‑ and long‑form work across digital channels
Demonstrated ability to manage content for multiple brands simultaneously
Exceptional grammar, editing, and attention to detail
Comfortable writing across a variety of formats, including email, social media, website, advertising, and blog content
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Genuine passion for the beauty and hair industry (knowledge of hair extensions is a plus)
Familiarity with project and design tools such as Monday.com and Figma
Preferred Qualifications
Experience writing eCommerce product copy
Understanding of SEO best practices for web content
Ability to use content performance data to inform and refine messaging
