Responsibilities
Oversee projects valued between $5-$6 million, focusing on maintenance and upgrades of existing K-12 educational facilities.
Collaborate and provide facilitation for design teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
Prepare and review contracts, manage budgets, and oversee invoices.
Guide the project team through the entire design process, providing support through construction administration.
Coordinate multiple consultants and resources across the firm.
Participate in project pursuits and staffing efforts.
Qualifications & Essential Skills
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Experience in architectural design and construction documentation.
Strong project management skills in architecture.
Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.
Registered architect with experience in schematic design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Degree in Architecture.
Experience with SketchUp and construction administration.
Ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
Experience in preparing and reviewing contracts.
Pay & Benefits Pay range: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00/yr
