About The Opportunity
A fast-growing technology and professional services organization is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join its collaborative finance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, improving processes, and making an impact in a dynamic, evolving environment. The Senior Accountant will support the month‑end close, manage reconciliations, and help optimize financial reporting systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities
Own key components of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP. Perform detailed account reconciliations and variance analysis to maintain strong financial integrity. Manage the month‑end close process, preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Leverage FloQast to streamline close activities and identify opportunities for automation and improved utilization. Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports for internal stakeholders. Partner with the Assistant Controller and broader accounting team to drive process improvements and efficiency. Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate reporting. Support audit requests and ensure adherence to internal controls. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. 3–6 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, or professional services industries. Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, reconciliations, and month‑end close processes. Experience using FloQast preferred, with the ability to identify and implement best practices to maximize system potential. Advanced Excel and ERP system proficiency (NetSuite experience a plus). The Senior Accountant must be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Why Join Us
