Position: Daycare Preschool Teacher

As a Preschool Teacher, you’ll embark on an exciting journey of discovery alongside our little learners. Children in our preschool classrooms are 2 and 3 years old.

Responsibilities

Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children

Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created for you

Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning space.

Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community.

Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth.

Qualifications MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED

12 or more core units in Early Childhood Education Required.

Work experience in a licensed child care facility as a preschool or prekindergarten teacher.

Must meet basic requirements of local child care regulatory agency including finger-printing and background check

Proficient computer and internet skills

Highly professional and dependable

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress

Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
