About The Role The CX Learning & Development team creates impactful, data‑driven learning experiences. This senior specialist designs courses, facilitates sessions, manages programs, builds stakeholder relationships, and leverages AI tools to enhance learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate in‑person, virtual, and hybrid learning sessions across multiple knowledge areas, tailoring delivery for various audience levels.

Design and manage end‑to‑end learning programs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and continuous improvement.

Develop high‑quality course content, acting as the final quality control to keep materials on target.

Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to secure stakeholder buy‑in and align learning initiatives with organizational goals.

Use learning analytics and AI‑enabled insights to measure program impact, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of L&D experience, including program design, facilitation, and analytics.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders.

Strong coaching, mentoring, and communication skills.

Experience designing and implementing AI‑enabled learning solutions.

Travel up to 50% of the time.

Compensation $85,000 – $101,000 annually in Phoenix; $91,000 – $107,000 in Denver, Las Vegas, and Chicago. Final offers vary by location, experience, and expertise.

Location & Work Arrangements Based in Denver, San Francisco, or New York, employees are expected to work from the office 2–3 days per week. Hybrid employees must maintain a secure, reliable internet connection on non‑office days.
