Corporate Recruiter
due to growth within the company. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, create effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience that reflects their culture and values.
Base pay range $60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Lead the full recruitment cycle—sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates for current and future opportunities.
Partner with leaders to develop job postings and creative recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional hiring process from start to finish.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and community initiatives.
Manage offer processes, background checks, and onboarding handoffs.
Track recruiting metrics and share insights to improve results.
Maintain our applicant tracking system and employee referral program.
Stay current on hiring trends and innovative recruiting strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or relevant field preferred
1-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Able to travel on occasion to career fairs or recruiting events
Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, employment laws, and sourcing techniques
