For our team based in Milan, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager, HR & Payroll. The role reports to the Senior Manager, HR & Payroll, Italy. Responsibilities

Manage the entire employee lifecycle (hiring, contract extensions, role changes, terminations) Collaborate with the external provider on attendance, welfare programs, pension funds, benefits, salary-backed loans, and salary increases Provide support to employees and Groupe agencies for any requests or clarifications about HR Admin/payroll matters Support in fulfilling regulatory and mandatory obligations towards external bodies, in collaboration with the external provider (e.g. communications, disability reporting, workplace injuries) Generate clear reports for local and Groupe stakeholders, effectively communicating any relevant information Support in conducting regular audits of payroll data and processes to identify areas of improvement Provide continuous updates on labor laws and HR administration regulations, ensuring full compliance of internal procedures related to the payroll area Support the Senior Manager, HR & Payroll in any relevant topic or in coordination with the HR & Payroll office and activities Qualifications

Experience and Professional Requirements: Previous experience (8 years) in labor consultancy firms or large companies, managing the entire payroll process In-depth understanding of the monthly payslip Familiarity with various types of corporate benefits, attendance tracking, monthly payroll variables, and post-payroll activities Deep understanding of labor cost composition Excellent knowledge of the National Collective Labor Agreement for the Commercio sector (CCNL Commercio) – must have Education and skills: Degree in Economics, Administration or similar Familiarity with Zucchetti software (Attendance Web) Knowledge of SAP (Career Settings / SuccessFactors) and previous experience in Zucchetti implementation are considered a plus Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a must) Fluency in English – must have Teamwork and strong communication skills
