Role Description
Were looking for a
hands-on SEO expert and strategic leader
to manage and grow the search presence of several domains. You will lead all aspects of SEO in-house including coordinating and overseeing third-party SEO agencies while also directly implementing on-site and off-site optimization efforts. Qualifications Own and execute SEO strategy
across multiple websites including on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO. Act as the primary point of contact for outsourced SEO vendors and freelancers. Manage, audit, and assess their performance. Conduct hands-on work as needed (e.g., metadata optimization, content auditing, crawl fixes, backlink analysis, etc.). Perform competitive analysis and keyword research to inform strategy. Collaborate with content writers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are embedded across all efforts. Monitor site health, rankings, and traffic performance using SEO tools (e.g., GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Report regularly on KPIs, wins, and areas for improvement. Stay current with search engine algorithm updates, and adapt strategies proactively.
