Oracle Fusion Cloud Platform Architect specializing in end-to-end SaaS/PaaS/IaaS architecture, OCI governance, and security design. Designs enterprise-grade OCI tenancy and compartment structures for SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS services

Defines and enforces environment family strategy (one identity domain per environment family, shared security governance)

Strong command of Gen2 vs Gen3 architecture and tenancy migration frameworks

Develops platform blueprints, naming conventions, and governance models for multi-environment deployments Integration Architecture

Designs integration landscapes using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder (VBCS), ATP, and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) and Fusion Data Intelligence

Defines patterns for API-driven integrations, event-based orchestration, and hybrid data pipelines between SaaS, on-prem systems and other cloud third-party applications

Oversees development of custom adapters, OIC flows, and cross-tenant integrations following Oracle Cloud security standards

Security & Identity Architecture

Establishes enterprise-wide IAM and SSO strategy (Okta, Azure AD, Oracle Identity Cloud Service)

Defines least-privilege policies, federation trust models, and role-based access governance across SaaS/PaaS/IaaS

Designs cross-domain authentication, security zones, and policy-driven segmentation within OCI compartments

Ensures compliance with Oracle Cloud Security Baseline and CIS benchmarks Operational Architecture

Designs CI/CD frameworks for Oracle SaaS/PaaS integrations using Visual Builder Studio (VBS) or Jenkins

Defines procedures for environment cloning, patch governance, and refresh automation

Implements observability architecture - log analytics, application performance monitoring (APM), and alerting models

Partners with infrastructure and business teams to maintain RTO/RPO alignment and disaster recovery design

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of enterprise systems architecture experience, with 5+ years specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) implementations

Proven record of designing and governing multi-environment Oracle Fusion architectures (PROD, TEST, DEV, TRAIN) across OCI

Experience leading end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) from a platform, identity, and integration standpoint

Hands-on expertise designing shared Identity Domain models, compartment governance, and OCI tenancy structure aligned with Oracle best practices

Deep experience in security, integration, and platform scalability

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Previous experience at a Public School District for an Oracle Fusion Project
