Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions within the organization. This position requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various strategies to identify and engage potential candidates. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicants and streamline the hiring process.
Implement lead generation strategies to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
Develop and execute succession planning initiatives to ensure talent continuity.
Facilitate training development programs for new hires to ensure successful integration into the company culture.
Conduct employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance performance and career growth.
Foster positive employee relations by maintaining open communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in an agency setting.
Familiarity with software and other recruitment tools.
Experience in lead generation techniques for talent acquisition.
Proficiency in HR sourcing methods and campus recruitment strategies.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
