What You Will Be Doing

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated recruiter to join our HR team in identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. Your responsibilities include answering inbound calls with recruitment queries, calling candidates to schedule interviews, taking detailed interview notes, sourcing candidates through online databases, making recommendations for hire, extending offers, and collaborating cross-functionally with hiring managers and the rest of the recruitment team. Ideally, you are bilingual (EN/SP), a quick learner, a strong collaborator, and have at least 1 year of experience working in high-volume recruitment.

This is a remote-hybrid position open to applicants in Las Vegas or Chicago.

Candidates will need to complete on-site training at our Tampa, FL office.

Recruiter Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and emails with recruitment queries.
  • Call applicants and sourced candidates to review job openings and schedule for interviews.
  • Source passive candidates through online databases.
  • Conduct phone interviews with candidates and take detailed notes during their interview.
  • Determine whether candidates are qualified for a position and make recommendations for hire or extend offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and the rest of the recruitment team in a remote setting.
  • Update candidate statuses with correct notes and updates in ATS (ADP Workforce Now).
  • Use best practices when speaking with candidates and making recommendations for hire.
  • Abide by various internal processes and practices to ensure efficiency and legal compliance.
  • Other relevant tasks and projects assigned by department manager.
Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in high-volume recruiting, ideally in a service industry. (required)
  • Bi-lingual English/ Spanish. (required)
  • Located in Las Vegas or Chicago. (required)
  • Able to travel for in-person training in Tampa, FL. (required)
  • Associate's degree in any field. (preferred)
  • Previous hybrid or remote experience. (preferred)
  • The ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Experience with recruitment processes, ATS, and online databases.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to collaborate and work well in a remote team setting.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to answer questions.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks and work well with minimal supervision.
