What You’ll Do

  • Work a full-cycle recruiting process for our Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams.
  • Collaborate with other recruiting team members to meet hiring demand.
  • Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and team goals.
  • Prospect candidates and conduct and coordinate interviews.
  • Close prospective employees and build a trusted experience for candidates.
  • Report, analyze, and optimize key hiring funnel metrics to improve the process.
  • Take on ad hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years recruiting experience with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house.
  • Recruiting experience in Sales, Marketing, Success, & Business Operations.
  • Strategic thinker who can also provide on-the-ground help.
  • Proven track record of using creative sourcing methods to find top talent.
  • Metrics-driven approach to problem solving.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills and ability to present data/information at all levels of an organization.
  • Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail and candidate pipeline hygiene.
  • Positive, driven individual excited to work autonomously in a startup environment.
  • Located in the SF Bay Area and able to commute to our SF office 2x a week.
