Responsibilities
As a Principal Data Scientist, you will lead the development of advanced data analytics, machine learning and statistical modeling solutions to lead consumer behavior and experiences, business growth, and improve operations.
You will work with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and experts in retail and consumer health, to build actionable insights.
Your expertise will play a critical role in shaping our products and services that drive key strategic initiatives and outcomes.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics with a focus on the consumer health and retail spaces.
Experience developing and deploying end-to-end advanced analytics solutions such as predictive modeling, search, or recommender systems using large structure and unstructured datasets.
Strong programming skills in SQL and Python with expertise in libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Strong understanding and experience in model assessment, validation, and performance monitoring to maintain accuracy and reliability over time.

The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Minimum Qualifications Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications.
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 2: Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 3 years' experience in an analytics related field.
Option 3: 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Data science, machine learning, optimization models, PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Econometrics, Publications or active peer reviewer in related journals or conference.
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
Using open source frameworks (for example, scikit learn, tensorflow, torch).
