The candidate will be reporting to the SVP of IT Infrastructure, you’ll lead the modernization of our hybrid ecosystem—spanning legacy and cloud-native systems—into a scalable, secure, and efficient environment. This role oversees SRE strategy, IT operations, end-user services, device management, and datacenter reliability while building a high-performing, collaborative team aligned with business priorities. The company is located in Webster, MA and will be a hybrid model. What You Will Be Doing

Develop and execute an SRE and IT operations roadmap that drives reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Foster a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Accelerate automation, cloud adoption (AWS preferred), and reusable infrastructure solutions. Collaborate with senior leadership, manage vendors, and align multi-functional initiatives. Define operational KPIs, strengthen risk management, and maintain business continuity standards. Required Skills & Experience

9–11 years (or Master’s + 7–9 years) leading SRE and IT operations functions. Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, automation, and reliability engineering. Strong grounding in networking, security, virtualization, and disaster recovery practices. Proven record of managing hybrid environments and enterprise-scale transformation—preferably in P&C insurance. Executive communication skills with the ability to influence strategic and technical outcomes. Passion for automation, innovation, and scalable design. Desired Skills & Experience

Experience with IT governance, compliance, and lifecycle management processes. Financial acumen in IT budgeting and expense optimization. The Offer
