A leading public accounting firm is seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join its growing Denver office. This role is ideal for an experienced tax professional who thrives in complex client engagements, values mentorship, and wants to contribute to a collaborative, growth-focused culture.
What You’ll Do
Lead and review complex tax engagements with a focus on partnerships, LLCs, and flow-through entities Provide technical expertise in private equity and real estate taxation Manage multiple client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact Research and resolve complex tax issues while delivering proactive planning strategies Supervise, coach, and mentor team members to support their development Partner with clients and internal teams on compliance and consulting matters Identify and support business development opportunities Contribute to firm initiatives, client billings, and professional development programs What We’re Looking For
CPA license (active and in good standing) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; Master’s in Taxation preferred 7+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, including management responsibility Strong technical knowledge of flow-through entity taxation Prior Big 4 or large firm experience strongly preferred Excellent project management, communication, and client service skills Proven ability to lead teams and build lasting client relationships Please reach out today to learn more about this exciting opportunity!
