Join Regional Health Services of Howard County as a Family Medicine Physician with Obstetrics in Emmetsburg, Iowa. This full‑time role offers a 4‑day work week, a $200,000 sign‑on bonus, and a competitive benefits package. Affiliate of MercyOne, Iowa’s largest health system. Busy practice with instant volume. 4‑day work week. Join 3 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers. Full‑spectrum family medicine with obstetrics and C‑section. Optional ER shifts. Physician has ability to tailor practice to interest. PACHS is a modern 25‑bed critical‑access hospital with full continuum of primary health care. Lab, X‑ray, ER, pharmacy, and behavioral health services on site. Outreach specialists: MercyOne North Iowa – general surgery, cardiology, ENT, urology, ortho surgery, dermatology, otolaryngology, audiology, wound, ophthalmology. Visit PACHS to check out our hospital. Compensation & Benefits $200,000 sign‑on bonus. Highly competitive compensation and full benefits package, including paid malpractice and tail coverage. Up to $15,000 in moving allowance. BC/BE must be board certified within 3 years of becoming eligible. Ability to perform surgical obstetrics. EOE / drug screen required. Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
