Responsibilities

Own reliability qualifications of new products, new packages, and fab transfers.

Work with multiple disciplines on ATE characterization over temperatures, limit setting, yield analysis, release to manufacturing, and post‑release cost sustaining and reduction efforts.

Support failure analysis of customer returns through bench validation and ATE test; write interim updates to keep customers informed.

Interact with marketing and applications to resolve product issues or provide performance data.

Perform bench characterization for products in development, product transfer, and customer failure returns.

Minimum Qualifications

Three years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Programming skills in Python, LabVIEW or other high‑level languages.

Knowledge of schematic design, capture, and layout tools such as Allegro.

Strong troubleshooting, debug, time management, and communication skills.

Team player with an insatiable desire to learn and grow.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of IC fabrication and process technologies.

Knowledge of power and/or mixed‑signal ICs.

Lab skills on power supplies, digital multi‑meters, oscillator scopes, and function generators.

Legal and Compensation Required travel: 10% of the time. Shift: 1st Shift/Days. The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $125,120 to $172,040. This position qualifies for a discretionary performance‑based bonus based on personal and company factors. The position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401(k), paid vacation, holidays, and sick time, and other benefits.
