Healthcare About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and strategic

Sourcing Specialist

to manage our end-to-end sourcing operations. This role will focus on developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and delivering cost savings while mitigating organizational risk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, negotiation, and project management, ideally within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals and budget objectives. Conduct spend analysis and market research to identify opportunities for cost savings and supplier optimization. Lead the RFx process (RFI, RFP, RFQ) and manage supplier selection and evaluation. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms while minimizing risk. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and act as a trusted sourcing advisor. Monitor supplier performance and provide input for future sourcing initiatives. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, particularly in healthcare procurement.

Qualifications: 47 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement. Strong project management skills with the ability to define deliverables and meet critical milestones. Proven experience in contract negotiation and supplier relationship management. Ability to develop and lead sourcing events and cross-functional projects. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Experience in the healthcare industry.
