The Senior Building Envelope Project Manager will be responsible for: Conduct thorough site inspections and condition assessments of existing buildings, focusing on roofing, waterproofing, and other envelope systems. Oversee construction operations to guarantee well-executed, high quality finished product Collaborate with team to ensure successful project delivery and completion Maintain organized project documentation and establish strong business relationships with clientele
The Senior Building Envelope Project Manager should have the following qualifications: Relevant degree: Architecture Engineering or General Contractor Experience with Revit and AutoCAD Must have one or more relevant qualifications: RRO, REWO, RRC, REWC, RWC 8+ years experience
