Responsibilities: Prepare detailed bids and develop scopes of work, collaborating with subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and coverage. Support client-facing efforts by presenting estimates and participating in project discussions. Contribute to day-to-day preconstruction tasks, including take-offs, budgeting, and bid strategy, while mentoring junior team members when applicable. Report to senior leadership within a structured Preconstruction team.
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Engineering. 3+ years estimating experience with a General Contractor. Or experience in a PM, APM, PE role. Proven project experience across Commercial, Healthcare, Education, and Corporate Interiors. Proficient in OST, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Passion for Preconstruction and a willingness to learn and grow.
