Join a growing real estate investment firm with an entrepreneurial spirit and a proven record of success. With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, and student housing assets, were looking for a driven, analytical leader to help shape the financial strategy of our expanding portfolio. As the Manager, Capital Markets, youll work closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive value creation, manage capital transactions, and ensure strong financial performance across assets.

Responsibilities: Serve as a trusted partner to the CFO and executive team, providing insights that guide strategic investment and financing decisions. Develop and maintain detailed cash flow and liquidity forecasts for each asset and the broader portfolio, ensuring alignment with investor objectives. Lead the execution of capital transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and debt originations/refinancings. Conduct recurring sell-hold analyses and portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation. Own the internal valuation process, updating asset valuations quarterly and delivering actionable insights for investment reporting and decision-making. Oversee investor relations and investment management systems (AppFolio Investment Management), ensuring timely, accurate reporting and a first-class investor experience. Collaborate cross-functionally with asset management, property operations, and finance to maximize portfolio performance and enhance returns. Track and forecast key portfolio metricscapital expenditures, debt compliance, distributions, and project-level funding requirements. Leverage data and technology to streamline financial workflows and improve transparency across the investment lifecycle. Lead and mentor team members, fostering accountability, innovation, and professional growth.

Qualifications 5+ years of real estate experience, including at least 3 years in capital markets or portfolio management for real estate or mixed-use assets. Strong financial acumen with deep knowledge of capital structures, debt markets, and real estate investment analysis. Proven track record executing complex transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, or joint ventures). Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; proficiency in valuation, forecasting, and underwriting. Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner across disciplinesfinance, property management, and construction. Bachelors degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional designation (CFA, CAIA, CPM) a plus.
